Are you younger than 18 years of age and would like to participate in your local TD Tree Days event at Bibliothèque Municipale Guy-Bélisle?
Before committing to participate, we want to let you know about a few things:
To participate, you must print this Participant Waiver, get it signed by your parent or guardian, and bring it to the event. You will not be able to participate without a signed paper copy of this waiver. You may also choose to have your parent or guardian sign the Photo Release Form as a photographer is often present at TD Tree Days events.
Since you have not provided us with your email address, you will not receive email updates about the event. Please check the event page regularly for updates, directions to the site and parking information.
You must wear closed-toe shoes at the event. The event will happen rain or shine, so please ensure that you dress appropriately for the weather. Potable water will be available onsite for you to refill your reusable water bottle.
To receive volunteer hours for your participation, please bring a form from your school which can be signed by the TD Site Leader at the event.
